MoVoxx is the first localized mobile alerts platform that extends traditional static advertising offers to a dynamic mobile network. Through our unique SMS publishing product (patent-pending), advertisers offer consumers a method for transferring coupons and offers they see in-print or online to their mobile device.

Consumers can opt-in to receive mobile alerts by category and location of interest, making MoVoxx the only platform for advertisers to target mobile users with relevant real-time local offers over an SMS platform. Mike Hess

Member of Sierra Angels and has to his credit six startups over a 30 year career. At his last startup, etNetworks, he served as CTO and cofounder and built the largest IP over satellite network for customers like IBM, and Cisco which was used for Cisco TV as a delivery mechanism around the world. As co-founder and CEO for Lightwave Microsystems, he developed the first semiconductor based optical components for the fiber market. At CLI he served as VP of Engineering and delivered the encoding system for Direct TV. Prior to that he held financial positions with Raychem, Measurex and manufacturing positions with Spectra Physics and Commodore.

Alec Andronikov

Founded inFreeDA, Inc, (financed by Hummer Winblad Venture Partners; acquired by AT&T) ad-sponsored free directory assistance provider. Focused on strategic accounts and business development, pioneering user acquisition of over 1mm callers focused on CLEC, VoIP & softphone platforms. Developed initial revenue stream from partnerships with online ad networks. Prior to inFreeDA, Alec worked at JPMorgan investment bank (focus: printed directories, media) in New York and Financial Technology Partners. Mr. Andronikov earned a double major BA in Economics and BS in Business Administration at the Haas School of Business from the University of California, Berkeley, where he graduated Cum Laude.

Derek Merrill

Co-founded inFreeDA, Inc, (financed by Hummer Winblad Venture Partners; acquired by AT&T) focused on product development. Lead design architect for AdCenter, the ad campaign management application for inFreeDA抯 voice publishing platform. Released industry-first in-call-stream SMS ad product. Mr. Merrill earned a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, entering the university as Gates Millennium Scholar, Presidential Scholar Nominee, and a National Merit Scholar Commended Student.
